Contents

  • Drafting the Back Pattern
  • Drafting the Woman's Front Pattern
  • Adding Seam Allowancance

The instructions in this volume show how to take the measurements for a Bodice Sloper and then draft it. Three patterns are included: a man's front pattern; a back pattern for men and women; and a woman's front pattern. The Bodice Sloper is also referred to as the Upper Torso Sloper.

Instructions include how to take the measurements in a two person or a one person, do-it-yourself (DIY), process. Since each body's contours are unique, darts are not included for the initial paper pattern.
